That is one beautiful fish. Congrats.
I wonder where it was originally caught. Great job of getting it to spawn "IN PRIVATE WATERS". I guess it is okay to keep this size fish as long as they don't go to Texas Share-a-Lunker program.
Again congrats on a beautiful fish, regardless of where it was caught.

The fish was caught in the original 40 ac. Camelot Bell pond. She spawned in a small pond Mike use's to produce fingerlings for sale. She now resides in Mike's new lake, Camelot Bell II, which may be a little larger than the original lake. The new lake has a BUNCH of 10-16 pound females in it.

Again congrats on a beautiful fish, regardless of where it was caught. This 15 pounder and a 16 pounder were both caught there at the original Camelot Bell lake. They were placed in a small brood pond with 5 large males from the same lake and allowed to spawn. Mike caught the 16 pound fish on a lure I gave him shortly after she spawned and placed in his new lake behind the dam of his original lake. Juston's 15 pounder was more stubborn and would not bite. Mike had to seine her out of the brood pond. The fingerlings from the two giant females are now for sale. Contact Mike Frazier directly for pricing. The only fish being stocked into the new lake are double-digit females that have been caught from the original lake. So far about 70 fish have been placed into the new lake. Mike plans to start letting folks fish the new lake later this fall. Pricing has not been announced for the new lake.

Allie and I would have fished the new lake two weekends ago if the wind hadn't made fishing almost impossible.

I should have just kept my mouth shut when I discovered this gem Lol!!! I know! I am excited to get a shot at lake 2. Camelot Bell original lake is incredible as everyone says. I try to listen very carefully to Mike Frazier's advice concerning all things related to trophy bass management. The man has great thoughts and his results are proven. So many big fish come out of there that have no hook marks, appear to have never been caught- its absurd. Now he is putting these super giant bass into his new lake ( his wolf pack) in an effort to increase their growth. Wow!!!

Now the question becomes... which lake do you fish, and how do you explain all this to your wife? If you guys get that last bit sorted out I'm all ears for pointers!

Right now, CB1. New lake has about 21 pounds of bass per acre. CB1 probably has 250 lbs acre! Although finding that wolf pack ganged up together could be an interesting day.

Walk in the door at home and throw your Man-Card down on the table in front of her and say, "Woman, I'm going to Camelot Bell for the weekend!"
Let me know how that works out for ya....
