When we pond fish, we flip a coin to see who leads the way, we have to stay with in 20' of each other (like in a boat) if guy in the back catches a fish first, he moves ahead and controls how far we move along the bank, now the guy in the back has to catch 2 fish in order to gain control and lead the way. Its a lot of fun and competitive. Loser has to buy lunch.

When fishing with best friends or family expect this. If this was a complete stranger I would be mad . The rules should be simple dont cross line, dont cast on top of me,and dont get mad when I do the same to you. I wouldnt know how to fish if all of this was not going on while im fishing.

Have him teach you how to catch fish

When me and a buddy or me and my dad go fishing, if one of us gets a bite or sees a boil around our lure, we're always both throwing in there trying to catch something. No sense in fighting over fun fishing.

Most of my friends who I fish with, when we are fun fishing, will throw over your line to catch a fish. Part of the fun

But typically no.... You get to throw back in a time or two before I snake your fish.

Pull off about thirty feet of line on his reel and cut it. Reel it back up.

From one Pastor to another. If he is not one of your flock, find another friend! If he is a member and pays his tithes, let him know that he is a much better fisherman than you are, as you missed the spot and got hung up and he threw in there and caught a nice fish. Otherwise, lose him!
