I have always used and had success with the original Senko but agree with the lack of durability. Every time I watch Bill Wilcox on Honey Hole he is catching them on the BPS Stik-O version. Says he's not sponsored by them and has to pay for them like the rest of us. He buys them in the 30 pack for under $10. I'm gonna do a little on the water testing for myself. If they work great but if not I won't be changing.

For me, it depends on the depth I'm fishing.
If I'm in 4ft or less in grass, it doesn't matter much which bait is used. It's more of an reaction strike working shallow grass. In deeper or more open water, the Senko flutter matters. I agree with this too. Great point.

I use Senkos exclusively, but wacky rig them with about a 1/4" of 1/4" shrink wrap tubing pulled up to the egg sac. They last a LOT longer that way. I've caught as many as 6 fish before the Senko gets at all worn. I use a #2 or #4 hook and light line with this rig.

I always loved Tiki Stix. Best all around stick bait ever made. I think the only place you can still get them is at Tackle Warehouse/

I still have some of the super salt "Senko recipe" tiki stix. They all catch fish. I personally like the dingers more than the senko.

I like to fish 6" baits with a small sinker and for that the Stick-O's are just fine. Weightless wacky or weightless TX rig with the 5" or 6" size, the original Senko can't be beat. That soft plastic of the Senko hasn't been duplicated in any other copy. +1 on the rigging the BPS Stick-O with a small weight. I've had great success fishing it T-Rigged with a light tungsten weight. Consistently catches solid fish. Not as crazy about it weightless.

I personally like the Ochos but if it's weightless you can't touch a senko. We've tried quite a few different ones and the senior just catches more.

I like Yum dingers wacky rigged the best although I also throw the Senko wacky rigged in a few select colors that Yum doesn't make. TIki sticks, Hyper sticks, Snake-O's, and the pocket rocket I throw Tx. rigged weightless.

I've had great luck for years with the Stick O. I don't know if they are any better or worse than Senko's, I've haven't fished with a Senko enough to know if there is a difference. No need to spend extra money when you have something that works.

Senko and Kinami Flash hands down the best they do get spendy tho I really like yum dingers and they make a color just like the 330 Yamamoto green pumpkin w/purple and bronze flake I nail weight mine alot with an o ring neko rig style shallow to 45' its a limit and big fish bait...

I like the ones made by YUM the best. They're scented, salted, have great action, pretty durable, catch fish, and they're cheap. Yep, X1

I use Stick-O's 90% of the time, they last a lot longer than the Senko.
The only time use Senko's is when i'am tournament fishing..

There is no comparison IMO. The senko will out fish all other stick baits.
