A trick you can do when not throwing senkos but other stick type baits. Take 3-5 and put them in your hand laying them together or on top of one another. Put your other and on top and begin to roll them back and forth in your hand while applying pressure.

What does this do you say? It softens the plastic so you get more shimmy from them when they sink weightless.

You want to go a step further you say. Boil a pot of water and drop them in, test them, the longer they say in the softer they get, don't leave them in too long though.

Good Luck

The Yamamoto Senko's are hard to beat. But I've found that the Big Bite Bait Super Soft Trick Stick, Yum Dinger, and Wave Worm Tiki Stick are close seconds, with the Big Bite Baits Trick Stick being the closest you can get.

Or you can do what SkeeterDon does. I've done that a lot with good results.
