Alright everyone... The problem with this world is that people are not fishing enough. To rectify this in our own way, we will be having our Mariner Sails Thursday Working Man's Tourney this week Lake Grapevine. We will meet @ Murrell Park's high water ramp, Thursday @ 6pm. See y'all there!!!!

Well, we had a HOT tournament last night.. LOL. Grapevine has gone up another 2 feet from when we were on it last. That plus the wind made fishing super tough. We had 21 anglers come out to play and with 10 fish caught. Most were dinks in the 10" range. Here are the winners...
1st. Ridge Miller 21.75" (11.75 + 10) $75 gift cert to Mariner Sails
2nd. Steve McGee 16.5" wins Big Bass and takes home $95
3rd. Lloyd Hairston 12.25"
Grapevine has been fishing very tough...

32 fish caught
1 Limit
1st Place John Stockman 5 fish (71") ($50 Mariner Sails Gift Certificate which he donated back into the raffle.)
2nd Gary Williams 4 fish (53")
3rd Lloyd Hairston 4 fish (52.25")
Big Bass Brandon Clayton with 16.75"

I just want to let the organizers and competitors of this series know how much I appreciate your participation. More new kayak fishing folks have been introduced to the catch and release tournament model from this series than anything else we have done. We are proud to be a part of this series. Thank you!

Awesome! Congrats to all that came out! We had 19 Angler's fish, and 42 fish caught! 2 angler's caught their limits!
