I know to increase the size of the belly hook on them but what about the feathered trailer and what size hooks? I tried to search but couldn't find anything about hook size. Thanks
Went with Size 4...

Has anyone had any issues with paint coming off after a few fish. I only caught a handful of fish on the paint has already started to chip away. For how expensive these are I would think the paint would be better.

If you are worried about the paint, get Bone because that's not painted.
But, I can look in my tackle box and know which YM is my "best" one because it has a lot of the paint knocked off. The fish don't seem to mind.

Yeah I was going to say I guess I don't really care. Some of my best cranks of a lot of paint chipped off and they still work great. Just thought it was a little crazy being that they are $16 a piece

I use them all year long and have been for many years. Hot or cold weather, they will knock the daylights out it. Now everyone in our club is buying them up and the pressure is on!! Should have kept it secret. Its not a recent secret. We are almost 20 years into this Yellow Magic phenomenom. They have been around and been VERY popular for a long time now. Some of us remember the Yellow Magic +1 models as well. Great baits. I still have several of the +1's
