I thought it was customary for TFFers to pull guns on a situation like this....or sling tungsten weights at each other.

Its competition.. Its in our nature to be competitive against one another.. Whether it is $100 or $100,000, I bet everyone of ya'll has gotten mad at one time or another about another angler fishing in your spot! It happens and they are still buddies in the end, which is what is suppose to happen!

Ya know, when $100k is on the line, I expect this level of intensity and am actually OK with it. What is comical is when this happens during fun fishing or a $50 entry club tourney. Then it gets silly. But those $50 club tournaments are intense. (Rolls eyes)

Exactly. Heat of the battle between two intense competitors and resolved like grown men as compared to Carl Jocumsen. What did Jocumsen do? Boyd was on his spot day two Winyah bay after Carl had that big sack day one. They both fished it and around each other all of Day 1. Boyd had an earlier draw on Day 2 and got there first, but didn't catch any fish off Jocumsen's sweet spot. Much ado about nothing. https://www.bassmaster.com/news/daily-limit-sore-spot
