Get ya some 1/8oz #2 sickle hooks and throw ya some bonehead braid on your reel and you'll never look back.  I use only sickle hooks. 1/16th and 1/8th oz only. Mainly use powerpro braid of 20# or better. A quick jerk of the line and the hook will bend enough to get loose.

Get ya some 1/8oz #2 sickle hooks and throw ya some bonehead braid on your reel and you'll never look back. FYI, I normally use bonehead braid, texboxer...and my hook size recommendations are based on using braid..of course I fish deeper in the tangles than most...just saying...size 2 hooks, bonehead braid, and my fishing style don't work very well...the #6's and #4's are a much better option...
