The north end of PK was really slow last weekend. I can't speak to the action at the south end.

I work up here at Tackle Depot in Weatherford. Luckily working here gets me info on a lot of lakes. From what I've heard at PK it has been good. Lots of bed fish and super clear water goes well together. These guys are just trying to keep the fisherman population down at the lake. Don't let them fool you. If I can find bed fish behind the dam, then they shouldn't be too hard to find on the lake. Good luck.

PK is the best I've seen in a few years right now. Fished every weekend and boated 30-40 every day. You do have to deal with the dinks but there's some nice 2-6 pounders mixed in. All down south. Been catching several bed fishing. Water is crystal clear down south. Fish on beds are deep on the rocks so be looking hard. We fished about 4 hours today and caught 9 dinks just goofing off with my little boy and we tried some new spots. Tomorrow we're back at them at our normal spots. The fish are IN the trees and bushes. Flip every tree, bush, lay down. Baby Brush hogs in GP, swim baits, crank baits, and jigs have been producing the best for us. Everybody is catching fish here. You just gotta fight through the dinks or flip a jig and get quality fish and get less bites. Every bed fish we've caught has been on a white lizzard because they are so deep. Tough to see what's going on without a white bait. Look hard. They're everywhere down south. I don't fish north so couldn't help ya there.

This lake is so easy right now my 9 year old caught 5 today. Under spin with small swim bait. I'm still searching for the big ones! Their in hiding. 1-5lbs is the most common fish here right now. Ready for tomorrow. Sunny and windy. Just like I like it. Today was cold and rainy.
