PM me if you want. I fish the lake a lot and do pretty well out there. Been a little tougher this year.

Ryno, I fished a tournament on that lake a few years ago. Went in blind never even seeing it before. I decided to fish like I know how so I went up the creek on the East fork of the lake as far as I could go. It was not really far with the water being a bit low but I found fish on the south rocky bank as the creek takes a sweeping right turn off the main lake. I was throwing a chartreuse senko style bait and caught 15 pounds to win the tournament. After I caught the first fish, I told my partner we were camping here for a while. Just worked that bank back and forth for hours. At one time, my worm went over a limb and hung just out of the water, a bass jumped and took the worm out of the air. I tell you, it was just my day. It was around this time of the year too.
Good luck, have fun and enjoy that beautiful lake.

Thanks guys. I appreciate it. I guess I need to change my approach a little and slow my roll. Definitely need to get better at identifying fish on my 1198.

Confidence is mainly what i'm lacking on that lake. Hopefully at some point I can start to understand how those bass associate to different areas of the lake depending on the time of year. Very pretty lake and I feel blessed to have an opportunity to call it home in the future.

Thank you Lord for the gifts in my life
