Had me some Bluegill the last weekend. Dipped them in mustard and WOW! From now on will be giving them the "mustard bath" every time! They were simply GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! food

OK, Chuck, level with me. I hate "fishy" taste and had always found leaving the skin on caused that. Is it different with sunnies? We have always filleted and served as nuggets.
