The 3rd Annual Crappiefest Tournament is set for Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Minnow Bucket on Lake Fork. A record $14,000 in cash will be up for grabs this year. This is a �big fish� tournament where each angler weighs in only one fish. 1st place will pay out $5,000, and the top ten places will all pay out cash.

The entry fee is only $50 per person. You do not have to be a member of CAT to fish this tournament, and you can fish from a boat, the bank, a dock, a kayak or tube. All anglers of all skill levels have a chance to win.

There are also cash payouts for the fish weighing closest to 1.00 pounds, 1.25 pounds, 1.50 pounds and 1.75 pounds, and if your fish hits the exact weight of 1.00, 1.25, 1.50 or 1.75 pounds, you double your winnings! You can register for the tournament at any CAT monthly meeting, by mail, or at the Minnow Bucket the evening before the tournament or the morning of the tournament. Is there a limit to how many people you can have on the boat?

Just need to abide by the boat manufactures load limit and comply with State laws. There is no limit on number of persons in a boat by CAT rules.

Little man is ready!! He's fishing for 4 pounders because everybody else is fishing for 3 pounders so 4 pounders should be easier to catch according to him!!! Why didn't I think of that!!!
