Congrats on the big catch!
Keep in mind those trees look very familiar...grew up looking at that...
Fellow TFFer's Crappie Boy lives just down the road from my mother...and aunt...and a host of relatives...although he and I have never met... Oh yeah. Who's your family? It can be a small world sometimes. PM sent. You know, my first thought was that crappie didn't look all that big...then I went back and started looking at all your pictures and realized you are a pretty big guy...it would take a whale to look big in your hands!...or a pic of a legal fish right beside it...LOL You know there are some lake record fish in those waters...you JUST got to find them...PM me when you get on them shallow...I need to show up and do a little work on a buddy's house...and drag my boat over...

Thanks y'all. I was sure hoping it was 3 but just short. Someday... Been tournament guys fishing for years without a 3#er! Been guys that think they are pros fishing a lifetime without a 2#er!!!! Congrats.....you should be proud of that one!!!!

Yeah I'm 6'2" and not even going to tell my weight. Lol but def a slab. Actually caught this under Patman dam, lake is to high to really fish, or for me anyways. Water temp is around 60-63 degrees. This fish had no eggs. Thanks agin guys for the comments.
