You should be able to sell the Bass Cat and keep the trolling motor and fish finders. Then buy this 1995 ZX200 Skeeter with a real good 200 Evinrude for 2500.00, channel iron tandem axel trailer put your accessories on it and go fishing till you can afford something better.
