Some have been finding a few fish locked on beds but they may be difficult to see if you are sight fishing. Athens has a lot of grass in it and is more clear than fork but I wouldn't expect to catch 25 out there in one day. If you don't know either lake, I would pick Athens, smaller and way less stumps to hit.
