I've been a fan of the LFT craw tubes as well. Bummer to hear about them not being around anymore.

That was me that was asking for any and all a few weeks ago, Man I need to thank a lot of folks on here that came to my rescue and was giving them to me left and right. I think I now have a couple of suitcases of them.

Basically if you like a bait go buy a lifetime supply so when they quit making it you're set. Truer words have never been spoken!

Big Bite Baits craw tube is a really close cousin to LFT's craw tube and M. Perry is also correct about Barlows.

I asked him at the Fun n Sun tackle show and he said they were difficult and expensive to make. He stopped making them because he had to price them below what it cost to make to be competitive against other brands. He was still not sure he was going to start making them again but was considering it since people keep asking.

What ever happened to Mad Man? They had some great craw tubes. Maybe EBay some?

Man, I have a bunch of LF Craw Tubes but never use them. But this is the second post I've seen with someone looking for more. Either I need to get to using mine or trade them for some other plastics. I have a lot of other plastics if you are interested in a trade. P/M me if you are.

They are all over. The way companies work is alot of them get their baits from the exact same company. ie: Big Bite Brush Pig and Zooms Brush Hogs are made at the exact same place and shipped to both companies. One just has more colors that the other. The individual companies have their certain scents and salt % that they request but baits still made at same factory. Things lIke the craw tube I'm sure are the same way. They aren't exactly a knock off being from the exact same mold just more popular ones. Lake Fork Tackle makes their own plastics. Went in the back and watched for a while one day. PRetty cool. Yes they make baits but they did not make the craw tube.
