I find that pic really disturbing. The most important part of that picture has been ignored for decades.
Just imagine the thousands that could have gone into the trailer but most of all, the boat itself. tisk, tisk.

the tires on the trailer are huge. i mean hugeeee!!!. thats what i saw walking up from the ramp. i laughed all the way to the truck. omg!!!

I understand that one better than the opposite. This weekend at the ramp was a $3500 truck pulling a brand new i Class Skeeter. Now which one do you actually use more?

....I'd bet the boat may be pretty shabby, but it has a couple of grand worth of stereo and speakers in it!!!!!!LOL

Looks like me when I go to the lake. 99 4-Runner lifted w/big tires pulling an old flat bottom P.O.C. boat. Wife is in nursing school and its what I can afford right now. It does look really funny and out of place though.

I'm in the same boat (pun intended)! Got a loaded dodge ram with 20 inch rims and a crappy jon boat, however, pops bought me the truck and I inherited the boat (kinda bittersweet...)! But like others have said, you gotta do what you gotta do!
