How/what can i do to replace this black plastic piece in the middle where the X47 graph is not working? Is there a part that has a blank space there or replacement piece that i can buy? Also, is there anything underneath the bow up there that would prohibit me from putting in a recessed foot tray? Thanks for any insight or help.

I'm pretty sure there is a guy on here who makes new panels for Skeeters out of carbon-fiber or a harder material than the softer plastic skeeter uses.

Makes them out of fiberglass cost like 135$ but 10times better than that plastic piece skeeter used

x100 for heliblade. He makes an excellent replacement panel for Skeeter's. He's a former helicopter blade specialist from Bell and knows how to make a good panel. For the tray, you shouldn't have any problems. I used a EZ Troll tray. Their instructions and videos are excellent, and the install wasn't bad at all.
