Haha. I've seen it much clearer than it was today. Last fall, I was throwing Senkos at bass from 20'feet away. Kinda like bed fishing. Lol. What kind of lens are you wearing? That lake was clear enough once last year to see the bottom row of rocks along the dam. You must just get on it at the few times its murky.

Fished Lake Bonham!!! Windy and Beautiful
Caught a male dink shallow on a blk/blue Jig off a dock.
And lost a good one slow rolling a spinner bait on a point with some weeds.

Sounds like the fishing over all is still 'not good' yet.
Well, ya'll tried....other than the wind, it was pretty out......stuck home with the flu

Fished Brandy Branch. Saturday practice day caught 3 fish with one 5 lber 2 of them on a Chatterbait one on a underspin swim bait.
Sunday tournament day caught one keeper fish on an MPack Swim jig. Broke off a fish on a Carolina rig and lost one fish flipping a Centepede.
Windy and warm conditions. Lots of fish cruising beds but would not lock on and pretty much uncatchable. Best technique for me was slow rolling chatterbait and swim jig over top of hydrilla. 18 lb stringer to win the club tournament.

Fished Fairfield Sunday. We caught 10 fish from 830-1. All flipping the reeds, caught most of them on watermelon worm with yellow dipped tail. Lots of bait fish and activity in 15ft of water. No bloody tails and didn't see any beds just yet although im sure there are some.

I got on Looserville for 3 hours yesterday. I was wanting to run the boat some. Fished for 2 hours without a bite and decided to run around. Once I seen all the 40ft yachts out, I said time for me to go. Almost speared a four foot wave because of those dang thangs......now I know why I fish during the week 90% of the time.
