Myself,Mike (USMC-GY),and Donny (Led Pencil)fished the Guadalupe River this morning and the bite was good. We fished from 7:15am till 1:30pm and left em biting. Fish were located in 18 to 20 feet of water holding by structure. Jig Em Jigs,Live Minnows,Crappie Sliders,and Crappie Magnets were all used. Chartreuse/Purple,and silver/blue were the colors getting the best results. We boated over 75 fish and kept some for the frying pan. The water was stained and the current was good. After a day on the river we stopped at the Bill Miller Bar B.Q. in Seguin for a nice lunch. Starting the week catching Crappie. It just don't get any better.

And here I thought I was one of the last holdouts on using the "crappie magnets." Excellent little bait. Me and a buddy are heading to Livingston on Friday for some creek fishing and the magnet will figure prominently. One day I'm gonna pm you for more info on the Guad. Good job guys.

Tboxfish: Yes Sir some days we find em and then other days we really have to work for em. If only we can get a string of solid cold days. That would really turn em on!
