Last weekend was full all three days. Out of the 125 that signed up for each day 121 showed up Friday, 84 on Saturday and 79 On Sunday.

JWalls, I like the new sign up. But it looks as if you have people signing up and not fishing or cancelling their reservations. I know ya are pretty good about letting people in without a reservation, but can you be turned away if you do not have one? Trying to get clarification.

Yeah surely there is a way to stop this.

Make them pay for their ramp fee online.

Ive always wondered why they don't do that... I hope they do change it to where you pay online in the future

With the bankruptcy going on showing one deposit is easier for accounting than 300 small deposit a week.Also there have been fog days where they refunded everyone's money and that would be hard for accounting to figure that out. The people that bring $100 bills also upset the refund process.

As far as dealing with no shows no one wants to deal with it. My recommendation was to track those who are making lots of reservations and not showing up and not bothering to cancel their reservations and to delete their remaining reservations and ban them for 30 days. They have all the sheets so they could go back and check. But for now there is no penalty for being inconsiderate and wasting the reservation.

As far as showing up without a reservation the last time I talked to Teresa she said she had never turned anyone away. Some have had problems with the reservation system and there are so many no shows that she just lets them in. You have to wait until all of the people with reservations go in first. They will have you pull over to side until they get everyone else in. There has only been once this year they went over the 125. They had 128 one Sat. But she also said she does not like it when there are reservations and people just show up because they did not bother to make one. Much easier to log you in if you are on the sheet.
