Thanks Gitter for the reply. I have not tried frying onions with my fish. I may try it with a batch of Bluegill. Onions go good with grilling sunfish! Can't beat Bluegill on the grill with grilled onions.

One Word Chuck! "FANTASTIC"!  Side Note: Frying up Crappie tonight.  Thanks Curtis! It just don't get any better! Side Note: What fry do you use? Uncle Bucks after dipping em in yellow mustard. Going to start using Louisiana Fish Fry(Crispy). It is just as good,cheaper,and easier to get. Bass Pro or ordering it on the Web is the only places to find Uncle Bucks. HEB has plenty of the Louisiana Fish Fry.
