Or just use a plug on the drain hole inside the live well. I got tired of rebuilding the valves due to the flappers ripping apart.
Plug it and go. That's a good suggestion, and the way my Phoenix came setup from the factory. I only pull the plugs if I am going to clean the livewell, otherwise I just use the pump-out.

Thats the only feature i wish my skeeter had on it. it does not have a pump out feature for the livewells. I just have to drain them

What model skeeter? A lot of people don't know if you just pull the recirc spray valve forward that it engages the pump out.
But if it doesn't, you can add it by changing out the recirc portion from Flow-Rite for cheap

Yours should have it. It will pump out of the top cap on each side of the motor, next to the bilge pump out.

sweet! I always thought not having a pump out was weird. thanks for yalls help. Fish Killer do you have any experience with the trim? mine is really slow and get sort of stuck some times. Not sure if it need fluid or if maybe the seal is leaking causing it to be weak

Unfortunatly I had to rebuild a piston last year on mine. Had a cap back off while I was running down the lake and blew out all the seals. Pretty easy job to pull the caps and replace the seals.
Ill shoot you a PM.
