Also take into consideration that if you go with LT tires they are a much stiffer ride than the P rated tires. Normally LT rated tires come on f250's and up. Id stick with P for what you are doing. You are thinking load range Es. If the OP goes with a C he will be fine. You are correct! my bad

Started running Firestones years ago and Put a set of Firestone Transforce AT tires on my 2013 F150 4x4 Super Crew after I bought it new and have 60,000 miles on them. They still look good. Good tires and heavy enough to run on my 1 tons (chevy and Dodge ) and they have around 70,000 miles on them. Used to run Michelin's but they got to expensive on these ranch pickups.. They are also quiet with a good tread. Also a 10 ply tire.
