Great Video. How did you locate the fish. I fished Squaw last year and flipped jigs tipped with earth worms with no float in the tire size beds. Caught around 30 per day. It looks like u guys were off the bank fishing suspended fish in the trees. How are you finding the schools and what depth of water. It looks like u used slip corks set at 4 or 5 feet is that correct. Thinking about heading out this Sunday.

Any help would be appreciated..

Thanks for the info..u mentioned 5 to 15ft. Did u fish on the bottom or use a float. It sounds like u used a drop shot set up with the hook 6" above the weight on the bottom I went Friday to the coves by the discharge and fished the very back of creeks under 5 feet with crappie jig tipped earthworms where I caught them last January. I only caught 5 in 5 hours. I must of been too shallow. Are u seeing fish on the graph to locate or going to spots u have caught them before. I have a reservation tomorrow. I need some fish for a fish fry.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me. I saw some fish Friday on the graph pulling into the coves u fished in 10 ft of water but being hard headed I fished real shallow in 2 to 3 ft where I have caught them before. I will not make the same mistake tomorrow. Last year I could c the fish in their beds spawning and I threw to them shallow and caught a bunch. That must come later in Jan and Feb
Thanks for the information. I will let u guys know how we did.

Well, I hope u had better luck than I did. I caught a 15 inch bass on what I presume was a bed under a piece of wood. Two guys tried for 30 minutes to get it to bite lures, I told them to watch this. While live earth worms get them every time. Lol

Scooter.,

Sorry to hear u did not have any luck. I would of let u ride with me except both partners showed up. We caught 50 Tilapia in 5 hrs They were where Luke and Walker said they were. In 10ft of water in the middle of the coves by the discharge. The graph lit up and they were easy to catch. Almost all under 2lbs on drop shot rig with earth worms. Thanks again Luke for the help. Scooter I plan on going back in a few weeks. I will text u when I go if I have room in the boat.. Good Fishing.
