Never seen such low weights on this lake since I have been fishing it. Well Barrett, I think the big girls are somewhere in the mid range depths I have been looking and have gone through spots from the bank to 35ft and catch the same size fish every depth I try. I have been looking for those big ray Roberts bass and I can't find anything over 5lbs. I keep thinking every trip I'm going to figure out where the bigger fish are, but that hasn't happened yet. I know the one thing that will help those weights.  Bigger FISH

All it takes is that 1 spot and you could load the live well in 5 casts....

I've seen some good fish on my graphs but just can't get them in the boat. We'll be there again and I'm going out Saturday to try and put something together.

I'm hoping this is the weekend I'll be able to get out there with you guys, but I'm going tomorrow to see my back surgeon. I'll see what he says about my back and what plan he has for fixing it. Hopefully this won't keep me off the water again...
Anyone looking for a fun little tournament to fish this weekend, come out and join us. This is a great group of guys that have been as nice and friendly as they could be !!!!!

Haha... I've thrown everything but the kitchen sink as these dang fish but I'm not giving up. I have a couple of different things I'm going to try that I haven't yet so we'll see.
I hope the visit goes well. Sure would like to see you out there competing.

Sometimes it'll be the most random thing you can think of that will make them bite.. 1 time on Caddo I couldn't buy a bite fishing a green pumpkin lizard and all I did was take the slip sinker off my tx rig and put a pegged weight on and it was fish after fish after that...

This is true... There is some water I haven't explored much before that I'm going to look into also along with trying a couple of different techniques Saturday. Man I'm FREAKING PUMPED... COME ON WEEKEND...

About the same as I have been doing regularly 13-14lbs had one nice one probably a hair over 5 and a few 3's and a ton of little fish. Did more exploring today fish all new stuff that I have never fished but it still didn't seam to matter I still can't find the big fish. Caught several nice fish on a crig in 14-18ft kept thinking I might some bigger ones out deep but just a ton of 10"ers.
I might be setting out this week just have a ton of orders coming in and I'm getting further behind everyday. Might just have to paint all day Sunday and let you guys catch all the fish.
