Like candy..nicely put! Here is one from the glory days on Falcon 2011. From left to right 10+, 9+, 11.5+ Can't remember the exact weights but we had about 5 scales out that day! It wasn't quite my time yet but it was awesome seeing my buddies break the mark.

When Ray Robertson had grass, 11.90 on live bait.
13.23 on a crank bait on a private ranch.

Don't bass fish anymore, but still caching more than I want to while crappie fishing.

I recall the day you got the 12.51. Nix was so jealous! LOL

All of mine have come from Fork, and have come from 6 different holes that I have found seem to hold trophy fish at some time during the year. Almost all of them, I sit in shallow water and throw off to deep water and retrieve it uphill.

Just two. One was 10lb and the other was 12lb 2oz. Both caught on the same private lake. Other than those two, never caught anything over 6.5lbs in that lake.

The 12lber is in my signature. She hit a topwater (rage tail shad) with the biggest splash I've ever seen a bass make.

I've only fished public waters (Mostly Hubbard) for the past couple years, and nothing over 7lbs.

I've gotta meet this Ronnie guy so he can show me where the big fish hang out on Hubbard. flehan

I know an Old Schooler on Fork Ed Blackburn who has fished that lake since it opened. It would almost be embarrassing to know how many double digits he has caught through the years. So many guides and local anglers especially in the late 80's and 90's had reputations for catching big bass at Fork and other Texas lakes.

Thanks! It caught me by complete surprise. Plus it hit right at the boat!

9.5 biggest for me so far. I caught one long lining on Amistad that was well over 10 but came off on me about 10 feet from the boat after reeling in about 200 yards of line. Very disappointing to say the least. Had another sight fishing AH and got her to roll on it and to this day dont know how it came out. Had one on a crank on Falcon that was close but came off after running under the boat. I sometimes wonder if I over will catch one that big. Heck, here lately I wonder if I will get one in the 5lb range.
