Are those Rios good table fare?

Yes Sir they are good table fare! I personally do not eat Rios. Always throw em back. For what I have been told by anglers who eat them they are pretty good depending on how you prepare them. Also there are certain times you do not want to eat them. Times when they have their side wounds (injuries they get by defending their nest and fighting other fish) and times when they develop a fungus as a result of their wounds.
