Looks like the Rio season for this year will be coming to an end. Super Cold Front will be here Sunday!



Side Note: Ryan Waggs posted a very nice Rio the other day! Caught on Mcqueeney!

Yes Sir they are good table fare! food I personally do not eat Rios. Always throw em back. For what I have been told by anglers who eat them they are pretty good depending on how you prepare them. hmmm Also there are certain times you do not want to eat them. eeks Times when they have their side wounds (injuries they get by defending their nest and fighting other fish) and times when they develop a fungus as a result of their wounds. thumb
