You would have to get with some of the more seasoned ray roberts anglers, I have never been able to find it.

I've gone twice in the past couple of weeks for bank fishing at Isle du Bois. I thought that when people said there were lots of dinks shallow, they meant fish under 2 lbs. and I thought it would be fun to catch those mixed in with some bigger fish. I was wrong. These dinks are 6 inchers and will bite almost every cast if you are using the right lure. Even smaller bass follow the lure. The only way I was able to slow the dinks was to throw a chatterbait with a magic shad trailer. I got one good bite on that in a rocky area.

The little fish were so annoying, I probably won't be back until there's a significant change in weather.

31 got the name back in the early days - when the lake is at normal level its 31' deep, hence the name 31.
It's just to the east of ______ ________.

Come to think of it - the Plum drop shot worm I use from Chompers is the number 31.

All this 31 talk is exactly what Hollingshead was trying to start. hilarious! seriously, I know there will be guys out there pre-fishing for the TTZ this weekend so someone please take a picture of all the boats that will be trying to get their piece of 31.
