My wife buys the egg roll wrappers and makes them a lot. She does pizza egg rolls that are better than any store bought. She also makes shrimp and her fav is jalapeno and cream cheese. She got the recipes off Pinterest and made changes to suit our tastes.

Guys eggrolls are really easy to make. Get you some coleslaw mix from your grocery and simply add the meat of your choice (pork, beef, sausage, shrimp etc.) and a little soy sauce. Cook meat and them place slaw mix in pan with a little soy sauce. Cook this down for about 5 minutes on medium heat and roll the mixture in the egg roll wrappers (found at most grocery stores). Fry them in oil and enjoy. Do a search for egg roll receipe on Youtube to see how easy they are to make.

Thanks for the recipes. Will save this and make them at some point. If I can make tamales, I can do this. Wonder what tamale meat tastes in them.
