They love senkos when the grass/milfoil was there. Right now I have no idea but would guess yes I was kind of joking around about my fishing skills (or lack there of) but thank you for the response. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve, but it's a whole lot easier for me when fish are eating Texas rigged worms. Looking forward to checking out this lake next month.

Be a great chance for North Texas anglers to show up and support this group. RR in Oct can be off the chain fishing, I'll be in Port A or I would be there for this event... I'm a Fork guy, but LOVE Roberts and it's abundant grass.. Good luck guys I know you'll have a good turnout..

Just got confirmation from Columbia that all anglers will receive a Columbia PFG mesh hat when they sign up, that's a $25 value per hat. We also will be giving out a goodies bag to all teams with some complimentary baits, more to come on that. But yeah, $150 per team, dinner and beverages Friday night (if you want to hang out Friday), lunch and beverages Saturday afternoon, two $25 hats, free baits, and a shot at a big pay check.
Not a bad deal for $75 per person. Come on out and join us!

Another update!
We received confirmation today that on top of the free Columbia PFG hat, all anglers will also receive a coupon code for 20% off their next Columbia order.
The list of goodies for anglers keeps growing.

I had someone email us about paying online. FYI, we will have the online payment set up soon, for anybody who wants to register with a CC or debit card. Also we will have a CC machine at the event itself, so we can take, credit/debit, cash, or check at the event registration on Friday night or Saturday morning.
Thank you!
John

I know this is a dumb question but is there any way to know how many teams have entered the event already or even a possible projected number based on conversations, calls, emails? I am thinking hard about fishing it, but don't want to stay in town to fish it that weekend if there are less than 100 boats.

It's hard to say, lots of people sign up the day before or the day of the tournament. As we get closer we can give you an idea of how many people have signed up so far (we just posted the online registration yesterday). But keep in mind we have had tournaments where 18 teams pre-register and 240 anglers show up.

Having fished a ton of TTZ events, I really don't care if there are over or under 100 boats. You always have a good time before and after fishing. Everyone in the Dallas area owes it to themselves to check out TTZ. They have grown a ton over the last few years and for good reason. This is going to be another awesome event!!!

I will just have to wait until we get closer to that weekend and make the decision. I'm trying to get this hack to be my partner so that's another part I am waiting on.

No it's a very good question, it's just really hard to predict based on preregistration numbers.
