Thanks Guys for the replies. Right now it seems the bite is good just about anywhere I am fishing. Late summer and fall so far has been GREAT. Maybe the fish since a super cold winter ahead. Who knows? Right now is the time to catch nice sunnies and Rios.

Great post Chuck. Looks like creek fishing has been good this year. Super job.
Side Note: How are the creeks holding up? We have had a dry spell the past several months.

Thanks "Gitter" for the reply. Creeks are holding up but they can really use some RAIN! Hopefully we get some soon. (Rain Dance).

Awesome post Chuck. Looks like you found some good Rio action. Fished the creeks last week and did good. Several nice Rios in the 9" range. Looks like the local creeks can use some RAIN? What do you think?

Thanks Curtis for the reply. Looks like we can get some pretty good down pours this upcoming Wednesday,Thursday, and Friday. Future forecast is predicting 3 to 5 inches of RAIN coming from a system which should be in our area Wednesday!

Up dated forecast is saying if that tropical depression is pulled up by the on coming low we could get any where form 5 to 10"! That would be a lot of flooding! Weatherman said that several things would have to take place in the atmosphere before that could happen. Anyway looks like a lot of rain is heading this way.

Yep. Also colder weather is starting to set in and the first good cold front will be arriving this morning. Rios are going to be very hard to find until next spring.

Temperature lows will be in the forties Sunday and Monday! Looks like the Rio season will be coming to an end.
