Nice fish FFM! You caught that up there in Yankee land?
So those rod holders you have those slightly offset from each other is that right?
Going to drill some into my boat. Figure since I have super thick (have) roto molded plastic might as well take advantage and drill baby drill.

Yes off set them so that the rod handles don't hit each other when they are in the holders.

I am always forgetting the boat ID card and whistle. I was thinking about cutting the belt portion off of a small fanny pack and screwing it into the back of the padded seat. Does anyone else do this for storage or something similar? I keep my blue card in one of the waterproof fishing license holders that come with some Megellion fishing shirts. It is tie wrapped to the depth finder power cable then stuck into a rod holder so it doesn't blow around.

Any of you fellas handy with wiring willing to help me get my rigs wiring situation cleaned up like that could find yourself paid handsomely. In food and beer. My old (94) Charloma has a power plug in back and front and I would LOVE to run the battery in back and TM up front. My head unit died on my Hummingbird so no need for that. I don't do well with wires so wouldn't even know where to start. I've also got some cracking I need to take care of and need suggestions on that. And some sort of material to run all the way around the hull seam. Like a heated shrink wrap type thing. Help!

I'm so impressed on your work it was awesome how you came up with that. I picked up a gas motor so I troll the bank but I have a lot of wires and stuff up front so I'm working on a small floor deck. I alway bought a switch board to control the light on my rig. I'm just really courious on what others are doing. Are you doing anymore work?

I once had it rigged with those light strips but took them off because I couldn't figure out how to keep them attached. When I figure it out I might just go back & try them again but fabricate a switch instead of hooking strait to the battery post
