Lot of folks fish where you were fishing all the time, and many haven't ever hooked a sailfish! Consider yourself blessed!  Agreed  I bet cudadude was pumped. Congrats C Sorry. Dont know why I asked what beach. I meant to ask what it hit  Too excited I guess

That would be epic to land, and for a few minutes I bet it was an epic feeling...
I always bring a spare set of shorts and a tee shirt and shower outside the parking lot of the Malaquite Visitor's Center. Ain't nothing better than a shower after a few days on the sand.
