I believe the OP was asking for specific help on cedar Creek. Your vague infomercial is in the wrong place.

If you say so, BasscatRonnie.

The way I see it is to OP needs to know that whatever color he decides on I can make them. The skirts are available for him and I thank txbowhunter27 for any consideration.

Jigs on Cedar Creek are all about your confidence in the jig that you are throwing. Those fish will hit a variety of colors, but for an all around jig color just go with black and put any trailer color on it that you like. Green colored trailers and blue colored trailers work real good with this jig, and you can take just about any soft plastic lure and convert it into a jig trailer. Baby brush hogs give you a very good variety to choose from and they flat out catch fish. Cold water on Cedar Creek the best color is a plain old brown everything. Don't know why but it works. If you are real serious about your jig colors than trap crayfish from several parts of the lake and match the colors to them. good luck
