They are tough and very well made. Probably not the lightest but you can throw them all day

i have a few buddies down there that use lamiglas strictly for coustoms i want to try the slingshot blank by century
fishing is one thing. catching is another

if you have a 50/50 rod. Most St Croix are 30/70. kinda hard to transport if you have a small car.

avid & legend elite series have the blank you need they're not cheap, & finished rods are available thru the site I fish a pair of Legend Elite 9'6", & they break down 50/50. it ain't cheap, but when you fish it, WOW!
