I have a 15' and I carry all those things in my boat. Sounds like this is a new boat so maybe the tool box isn't as important but I'd still be sitting on a lake if I didn't have a tool box to make minor repairs to get home. All it takes is some thinking and ingenuity to find storage.

I didn't see it mentioned but a small first aid kit can come in handy for minor cuts and stuff. Also bug spray and sunscreen are good to have. You can burn pretty quickly on water.
