Nice fish! I've had too many days on Fork, where I was humbled. She seems to make it up and when she does, it's worth it! I don't know many lakes where you can have days where you catch several nice slots 5-7.5 lbs. and that happens pretty often. Those are the days that keep me coming back. We are definitely spoiled to have her!

I believe we will see it again on Fork but it may be three years or so. When all those baby bass from this year's spawn grow to 5# it will be lights out!!

nice fish! It's what makes Fork so great. My partner and I talk about it every time we have a tourney there. I've been fortunate enough to win one team event and cash in many of the big bass events, but I always enjoy fishing out there even when we zero. I still recall a Bass Champs tourney several years ago. Had 3 fish over 9#, 2 over 8 and 4 more between 5 and 8 pounds and ZEROED for the tourney. Took my brother in law to the same spot the next day to fun fish and caught 2 overs and had a best 5 of close to 47#. Yes, we measured to see if they were overs, just to make ourselves sick! It worked! eek

My partner and I had a two day tourney out there awhile ago. Caught 100 fish a day and weighed in 5 lbs each day no check.

I've been to that pond a bunch. Not a fan. My POB there is a hair over six lbs. And I haven't come close to that again in the last three years. I'm not in a hurry to go back.
