Thanks T3, like moon would say, that setup set me back several hundred bucks, hope it help me catch a big one or two Tornado, I don't know about on line business, but if your bt catch big fish I want some. Now that the water is lower I can use a little bit more hair on the bt. My friends uses only white cobra head bt with all white hair, but he is stingy, he told to go DD buy them, he said people are selling bt on roadside.
Why do I go fishing? To catch a box of fish and/or some quality time under the sun. Thank Heaven I never fail fishing in Texas, catching box fish or plenty of sunburn.

The ramp thru the rocks should be holding most of the fish when the water is down lower, but we will see. So far im digging my coustum rod. Pretty light i scaled it to be 9oz not a bad rod 10ft9.

New generation of Team Daiwa is coming out. What do they change? Smaller handle and cork would be nice.

I would be astonished if they made the blank all black with a cork handle instead of eva. But keep the splitgrip

Looking for Help please.
Barlow's Tackle in Richardson no longer sells those 1oz big slip bobbers used for surf fishing. Does anyone know who sells them now??

report: waters a lot lower... a lot of fish being pulled out of oklahoma side. was out there all weekend.. lost quite a bit of jigs... so switched up to pencil popper... caught 70% on poppers... feels a lot easier to fish on oklahoma side away from the crowds.... wardens are out in full effect... wasn't anything crazy big just 3-5 # fish but very consistent.... tired from the weekend will need to take a rest a few days...
catch fish not feelings
