Got out yesterday with a few friends and from 4pm until dark is was non stop. Every spot I checked had fish. The sandies this year are huuugeee. The hybrids are plentiful too. Right before dark we found the hybrids going crazy on the surface. We had at least 15 hybrid in the 4+lb range that crushed the topwater. Most all other fish were caught on 6xd crank baits and some on a slab.

It has been lately but I was out there yesterday and only caught 3 sandies. I'm going tomorrow in the AM so hopefully we can catch some catfish and whites for a July 4th cookout.
Is it possible to do something your whole life and still be an ameteur?

No public ramps are open but we are managing 50 to a hundred whites and 5 to 15 hybrids morning and evening

How did you do this morning? I took my kayak out yesterday monring and was only able to manage one 11 inch sandbass. That was my first time fishing Lewisville on a yak. All other times I usually fish from the dam which is 5 feet under water according to my fish finder.

We fished yesterday for a few hours. If you can't find fish on Lewisville right now, then you're fishing in your toilet. lol. they are all over. Most of the spots we hit, had just as many hybrids as sandies. Took my buddy and his kid out and the hybrids wore this boy out.

I'm sure there are fish in Lewisville. I just can't catch them, because I can't get my boat on the lake!

Not sure what you're trying to say Terek. But your grammar STINKS. LOL. I assure you my report is good. I don't take pictures of every fish I catch. But there's plenty of guys on here that can vouch for my fishing report. If you need some help Terek, I'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
