For some reason Yamamoto senko are like a godsend in golf course ponds. Before I started this whole cat fishing thing I'm on right now, that's all I did. There's one pond in particular that I could toss a baby bass color senko out and get a nice 2-4 lb every time. I agree though, it got boring lol.

I remember when sluggo's came out and how them pond bass would hammer them. Sluggo's, Flukes, Sassy Shad's, now the senko type baits have all been good choices.

Definitely wasn't insane but I managed to not get stumped! Caught this the 23rd during the warm front..worked the spot for an hour and got this on my "last cast"! Gary Yamamoto Purple Senko Texas Rigged
