I've been a Lowrance guy for years. I tried Hummingbird and within months sold it and came back home. Garmin is a very good produce. The lakes that they have mapping on are the bomb. They do their own maps.

I have the DI on 2 units now and can't complain.... The humminbirds are good units...

They had this problem with the first HDS gen 1 units years ago. I have never had this problem or known anyone that has with the touch units.
