I dont know what Cooper usually looks like but it seemed pretty good to me. I could probably see 3' down. Could not see my feet when we were floating staying cool. Hope that helps.

I'm hoping to check out Cooper for the first time ever sometime this summer. Look at a map and get an idea of where the shallow areas are. There are some spots out in the lake that go from 20 feet to 3 feet, NOW. Pelican point is one of them. A quarter mile from land and 3 feet of water.....

Dirty last weekend. Catfish were going crazy.
Maybe 5 boats on the water.
