What size yeti do yall have in your bass boat? Trying to find the right size yeti for my bass boat that will be out of the way but yet still have enough room to keep quite a few iced down drinks in...cuz the built in coolers on the boat are not good for hot summer days.

I have the hopper "bag"... You will turn your old cooler into a lunch pale or additional storage. It's great and keeps ice for darn near two whole days in the summer. I would say the roadie would be too small, and the 35qt slightly too big. Can't beat the hopper and a hook will not penetrate it.

Its not a Yeti but it is a beast. Works great and keeps all my items cold (or hot) depending on the time of the year, and it wasnt 350.00...

I have a zx200 single console, and I use my yeti 35, on most trips, I set it on the back deck above the bilge, on really rough days, I will set it next to my console. When I put it there, it is almost like I have a deck extension kit.

most ice chest in most boats really just work fine, unless your one of those that must have ice in the cooler at all times once the ice melts the water stays cool enough to keep your drinks cool enough to drink I have a cpl 32oz Gatorade bottles that I freeze that will keep the ice and water cold enough.

Yeti 20 Roadie is the perfect size for my boat, but the bag is great as well.

And the silver one is $20 cheaper than the other colors. After reading all the reviews on this product I am going to pull the trigger and give it a try.

I personally like my 65 while practice fishing. 35 is the best portable size. No experience with the bag.

I'm amazed at what guys will spend on a cooler. When I sold boats we always tried to explain to sacrice one bag of ice on the way to the lake to condition the built in cooler. Then ice down the drinks when you arrived with a fresh bag at the lake. You'd have thought we were trying to sell golden bags of ice with all the dismay that idea brought.

Now guys are dumping hundreds on a product that tells you to sacrifice a bag of ice to treat the cooler. Blows my mind

I agree. My $20 igloo keeps everything iced down and will last about 2 days. I know people who use Yetis but unless I am going to be away from civilization for several days, it is overkill for me.

Call me cynical cut if you give me a magic pill, tell me to eat nothing but grilled chicken and raw veggies is my weight loss attributed to the pills.

At this point I agree, I never get the chance to leave my house for long so I don't need to hold ice for a week. Believe me, I want an excuse to buy one, they are indestructible and look sweet but i'm not ready to dole out 400 bucks.

I used to think the same way, ......until I tried the yeti... Hands down the best cooler and worth the money. The first time I went to west Texas on a hog hunting trip I bought a igloo for right at $100..... A lot of money for a cooler in my opinion.... Second day in our igloo was nothing but muddy water and not a lot of guys happy about their beer in mud... The guys that had us come out had a yeti with crystal clear ice and very cold beer....that cooler kept ice for 4 days (yes some had melted) I have since bought 2 igloo yukons for right at $350 and 2 yetis and hands down the yetis are the best. Well worth the money and tuff as nails. ....... A little big for the boat but the yeti hopper may be the deal.
