Jetty at lakeview marina on EM And for good reason. That spot reloads all day long. The key is figuring out how to catch them when they aren't pulled up on the rocks feeding.

Yup, you can fish there all day long and not leave and not get a bite for hours at a time and then all the sudden bam the bite is back.
