Definitely Halco's and drifted sardines. I hope they have sardines this time and not what they called rough bait on the Deep Drop trip. you hook another marlin this year I'm cutting your line! Haters just hate...

guys, I know y'all nommy-nayter'd me for Chartermaster this year, & I fully intend to come thru with some seriously cool jackpot action.....
the truth is I'm in the middle of moving to s. Texas, & juggling this is gonna be hard. this means my level of communication might not be up to expected standards.
I will come up with a badass jackpot like last year, but y'all may not know what it is until we're all on the boat (haha)
rest assured that entertainment is the goal, not profit or bragging rights. there is a good possibility just entering the jackpot could be a losing proposition, on a number of levels not just $$
after 13 years, it's kinda hard coming up with something new & fun, but rest assured I will come thru & it will happen.
Bobby will have to fight for the cookies.............

Watching reports.. Found one from last weekend. Yall are gonna have a blast!
We arrived at the Floaters just after sunset and picked up our first YFT on the first drift. I knew it was goin to be a good night. We steadily picked at the Yellows all night, picking up 2-5 almost every drift. The lure of choice was a Halco 130, with a few caught off Shibukis and a few on chunks and live flyers as well. The Blackfin bite was solid until 2 am then it shut off but the Yellows picked up around that time.
Ended the night with 210BFT and 48 YFT
Most Yellows were in the 40-60 lb class, there are a few nice ones starting to show up though, our three biggest went 80-90, one was pretty close to 100 and we had one pig that was 120-130.
