White, striped and yellow bass
For striped and hybrid striped bass, minimum length limit = 18 inches and daily bag limit = 5 in any combination. For white bass, minimum length = 10 inches and daily bag is 25. There are no bag or size limits for yellow bass.

I was there this weekend and mouth of cedar was orange. South d&d to next bend was coffee with one cream. 2nd bend to hells gate was 2 creams. At the dam, much better, I'd say a shade over stained. Hopefully better next week. I didn't fish for striped fish. Had a boat of small kids with nightcrawlers. Although, we did have bait tank full of bluegills just case saw mother load on sonar.

Lake is still muddy but clearing. All the big flood gates are now closed and they have three smaller gates open. Fishing is excellent below the dam. The locals are loading up on striper. I caught several this afternoon.

The flood killed a ton of fish. Dead catfish and gizard shad are everywhere. I don't know yet how much this will effect the fishing but a ton of fish went out with the flood gates open.

Oh, I read that differently. I thought it meant 5 bass of any kind (including LMB, SMB, spotted, guadalupe, striper, hybrid, white, and yellow), not just 5 bass of any of the "greenish" variety (only LMB, SMB, spotted, and guadalupe). In other words, you can go out and catch 2 spotted, 1 striper and 2 yellow (5 total) and you're at the limit???

There is a big difference between these two.

Not really muddy in neely slough more of a bronze. You have some clarity. It's about like Ray Roberts is normally. Not clear but not muddy.

Locals are sacking them up below the dam. Not sure you want to fish that way but lots of five gallon buckets full of stripers coming out of there. I caught a few there myself yesterday. Busted my shin falling on slick rock so I'm going to try the lake later.

So were the kids catching the bluegills? I'm not that familiar with PK so I didn't know there were lots of bluegills. If they are abundant and easy to catch, I would definitely take the kids for some of that action.
