17lb main line flouro 2-2.5 foot leader sometimes shorter or longer 15lb mono and a 1/2 to 3/4 Phoenix Caroliner Slider weight or what ever they are called and its lead with 2 glass beads. I also put a bobber stopper under the beads on top of my knot.

1 ounce weight with bead, clacker, bead above 2 Carolina keepers, then variety of baits 2-3 feet below that setup. The advantages are no knots needed and it's adjustable without knots and swivels. I use 17 lb Invizx. No knots, swivels nothing. Works like a charm. Try it, you will never go back to swivels knots etc. The 2 Carolina keepers are key. Weight won't move w/ 2 Carolina keepers.

20 lb Fluoro, 15-17 lb fluoro leader 18-36 inches (The clearer the water, the longer the leader) 1/2 oz tung w glass bead in 10 ft, 3/4 for 10+, 1 oz for windy 15+ ft. Cant go wrong with a Zoom Magnum Lizard in just about any color. Fluke's work well too, but I tend to move them faster and "pop" them more than a lizard to get them to dart around. +1 will add: use braid for main line if structure fishing with a 2 1/2 ft fluoro leader, you won't get frayed or hung up as much. use a 12 - 2 o'clock sweeping motion.

Lightest tungsten I can get away with and keep good contact with the bottom. Glass bead. Check knot above swivel on regular basis. Leader length based on type of bottom or grass. Flouro. Lizard or centipede. I know folks have good luck with flukes but I don't have the confidence in one that I need to fish it more. Tungsten with a glass bead is a horrible idea. The tungsten WILL crack the bead and it'll start cutting your line. You can't use the two together. If you want a bead you should use a synthetic one with tungsten weights. I've learned this the hard way a few times. . . Maybe this explains why I was breaking off so much today. Very frustrating. Lost 3 good ones either on the hook set or hauling them in, C-rig with tungsten/glass, knot breaking on the bead side of the swivel in all cases.
