well i took the holder out for a test run. got a few other ideas in mind  I made one similar to yours using an old real estate sign holder and PVC for 3 poles. I did not like it as when I would get a bite (nibble) on one pole, they all would look like they where getting hits!! I went with single PVC for the poles..JMHO..

here is what I use, made them a few years back.

These have been good to me Mine are similar to this. Made with posts from aluminum fence with two zinc rings welded on. Ill see if I can come up with a pic to post.

here is what I use, made them a few years back. Those look good enough to double as lawn ornaments.

just curious because i havent seen the holder that is laying the rods flat, what does it do???? PVC, Duck Tape n Rebar ............. Or go Euro Carp Style
