Yeah..I know those guys. Better watch them..they are certified striper killers. LOL! Joking aside...if I am not mistaken those are some the rods I built a few years ago on IRW Hawaiian blanks for Denison fishing. There should be quite a few of those blue blanks floating around up there as I built quite a few of them. Did they look like these?

Go to the DSTT2 page and it shows the total discharge below that dam which includes flood gates, generators, and flow from spillway. DSTT2 below Denison Dam data They just showed on the news highway 91 washed out. A man took a video of it, the spillway, and floodgates yesterday. It held on as long as it could but finally washed out. On the main Texoma page at the dam, they just have not filled out the data for inflow and outflow. The floodgates and generators are not shut down.

Is Highway 91 in Oklahoma now closed? If so, is there any other way to reach the dam?
Well, you lose one, you rig one.

Is Highway 91 in Oklahoma now closed? If so, is there any other way to reach the dam? No, highway 91 in Texas is closed because the spillway which flows into Shawnee Creeks washed the road out. It was closed already because the water was flowing over the road. It succeeded in washing it out today. 91 from Colbert to Cartwright is still open. 91 south to the spillway and dam from Cartwright is still open.

Sounds like crossing the Red River from Texas using Texas Hwy 75, and then cutting over to the West to Oklahoma Hwy 91? Glad we got our Oklahoma Non-Resident Fishing Licenses when we fished the Blue River earlier this year.
